A clearer place
to do your hiring.
Rolefern is applicant tracking software for small teams, made by Pinky Fish d.o.o.
What is Rolefern?
Rolefern brings jobs, candidate profiles, hiring pipelines, branded careers pages, conversations, interviews and team feedback into one company workspace.
The all-inclusive plan costs €45 per company per month, with applicable taxes included. All features, unlimited jobs and team members are part of that price. Admin and member roles define what each teammate can do.

behind the process.
Our blog is published under the collective byline Rolefern editorial. The guides turn common hiring tasks into useful starting points: a pipeline to discuss, questions to prepare, a scorecard to adapt or an email to rewrite in your own voice.
They are product-led educational resources. Interview worksheets are practical starting points for a team; they have not been validated as psychological assessments.
Templates and worked examples are illustrations. Choose the parts that fit your role, adapt them with the people doing the hiring and review the result before using it with candidates.
Read the hiring guidesClear about
what you’re seeing.
Product previews use fictional people, companies and hiring records. They show how a workflow can fit together; they are not customer testimonials or evidence of hiring results.
The blog’s cover illustrations are generated with AI. They are editorial artwork, rather than photographs of real candidates, workplaces or customers.
Where a guide relies on external guidance, the relevant source is linked in the article. Practical worksheets and email examples written for Rolefern are labelled as examples. Publication dates show when a guide was first released; we do not change dates just to make an unchanged article look new.
The guides provide general operational ideas. They are not legal advice. Employment rules, privacy responsibilities and the suitability of an assessment depend on your context and need their own review.
