Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new workspace gets 30 days free with all features and no credit card required. After the trial, you can subscribe for €45/month. Without a subscription, the workspace becomes read-only; exports and privacy tools stay available.
What’s included in the monthly price?
Every Rolefern feature, for your whole company. Publish jobs, manage candidates, collaborate on feedback and arrange interviews. There are no extra seat charges or feature tiers. Applicable taxes are included.
How do we get started?
Choose Sign up to create a company workspace. Confirm your work email or use Google Workspace, then start a 30-day free trial with every feature and no credit card required. The signup page shows registration availability. You can explore the product demos without an account, and we can help review an existing setup or candidate import.
Can we use our own hiring process?
Yes. Set up your stages, application questions, email templates and interview kits around the way your team hires. Your careers page carries your company name, logo and brand color.
Can we bring our existing candidates?
Yes. We migrate you from any system for free, including another ATS or spreadsheets. We review your source data, agree the records to bring across and help validate the migration. There is no migration fee.
Do reviewers need to manage jobs and settings?
No. Members can view candidates and contribute reviews. Admins manage jobs, settings and hiring operations. Your teammates can take part in the evaluation without managing the workspace.
Can application forms differ between roles?
Yes. Configure the fields and custom questions for the job, and keep the information with the resulting application. Use the form to collect what the team actually needs to review.
Is the product priced per user or per job?
Neither. The monthly subscription is per company, with all features and unlimited jobs and team members included.
Can we publish a careers page with our own identity?
Yes. Your company name, logo, brand color and story carry through to your careers page. We agree the careers address and setup during assisted onboarding.
How does the subscription work?
Start with a 30-day free trial, no credit card required. After the trial, choose the €45/month company plan through Stripe to keep hiring. Nothing is charged automatically without subscribing. Your billing portal lets you update your payment method, view invoices and cancel at the end of your current billing period.
What happens when we cancel?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid billing period. After access expires, your workspace becomes read-only. Candidate export, billing and privacy tools remain available.
Is the product demo using real candidate data?
No. The people, company, jobs and feedback shown in the demos are fictional. The demo runs in your browser and doesn’t save changes to a company workspace. You don’t need to enter personal information to try it.

The Rolefern blog includes original guides for a hiring pipeline, job descriptions, interview scorecards and candidate email templates. Use them as starting points and adapt them to the actual role and process.
