Your data
in Rolefern.
Privacy notice for the Rolefern service, operated by Pinky Fish d.o.o., Croatia. Updated 22 October 2026.
Accounts and sign-in
We use your work email, name, company details and workspace address to create and operate your account. Passwords are stored as hashes. Essential session cookies keep you signed in; short-lived security cookies protect email confirmation and Google sign-in.
When you choose Google sign-in, we request only your identity, name, email and basic profile. We check that Google verified your email and that it belongs to a work domain. We store the Google account identifier to recognise you on later visits. This sign-in does not request access to Gmail, contacts or your Google Calendar, and we do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Hiring records
Your employer or the organisation running a hiring workspace decides which candidate information to collect, who in its team can access it and how long to keep it. This can include applications, CVs, feedback, interview details and messages. Rolefern processes those records to provide the workspace on that organisation’s behalf.
If you applied for a role, contact the hiring organisation about your application or privacy request. Its applicant privacy notice and contact details are separate from this service notice. Workspace privacy tools support candidate access, export and erasure requests.
Services that support Rolefern
Amazon Web Services hosts the application, database and private file storage, and delivers transactional email. The production database, uploads and outgoing email service are configured in Frankfurt, Germany. Content delivery may use AWS edge locations.
Stripe processes subscription payments and payment details. Rolefern stores billing identifiers and subscription status; card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout or portal. Google processes sign-in when you choose that option. These providers also process information under their own privacy notices.
Operational logs and security records help us troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse and protect accounts. We do not need advertising cookies to provide your workspace.
Retention and your choices
Account and workspace data are kept to operate the service and handle support, security and billing obligations. Candidate retention depends on the hiring organisation’s settings and instructions. Expiry of a free trial does not automatically erase the workspace.
You can ask about access, correction, export or deletion of your account information, or raise a concern about its use. Some records may need to be kept for legal or security reasons. You may also contact your data protection authority; in Croatia this is AZOP.
Contact Pinky Fish d.o.o. about Rolefern privacy at dominik@coreline.agency. Please identify your workspace so we can route your request.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics helps us understand visits to our public website. The Google tag stays blocked until you allow analytics. Rejecting it does not affect access to Rolefern.
We send public page addresses and titles, and the referring site’s origin. We exclude email addresses, search parameters, form contents and private workspace pages. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled.
Your choice is remembered for 180 days. Analytics cookies are limited to this website and can last up to 180 days. You can withdraw consent here; we then disable measurement and remove this website’s Analytics cookies. Google also processes this information under its privacy policy.
