Terms of
service.

These terms are an agreement between you, or the organisation you represent, and Pinky Fish d.o.o., a company in Croatia that operates Rolefern. By creating a workspace or using the service, you accept these terms. This page is a plain-language summary of the general terms for the service, not a separate contract for a specific negotiated arrangement.

You create a workspace to manage your hiring. You are responsible for the accounts in your workspace, for keeping sign-in details secure, and for the actions taken by your team. Each workspace has an ADMIN who manages settings and MEMBERs who can view and review. You must give accurate account information and use a work email address.

Use Rolefern lawfully and for genuine hiring. Do not try to break tenant isolation, access another organisation’s data, disrupt the service, upload malware, or use the service to harass people or process data you have no right to process. We may suspend a workspace that puts the service or other customers at risk.

You keep ownership of the data you put into your workspace. For candidate records, your organisation is the data controller: you decide what to collect, who can see it and how long to keep it. Rolefern processes that data on your behalf to provide the service, and gives you tools for consent, retention, export and erasure. Our handling of data is described in the privacy notice.

Every new workspace starts with a 30-day free trial, with no credit card required. After the trial, the service costs €45 per company per month, with all applicable taxes included. One plan includes unlimited jobs and team members, with no per-seat charge. Payments are handled by Stripe; card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout and billing portal.

If the trial ends, or a subscription is cancelled, without an active paid subscription, the workspace becomes read-only. Candidate export, billing and privacy tools remain available so you can retrieve your data and meet your obligations. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period you have already paid for; we do not pro-rate part-months.

We aim to keep Rolefern available and to improve it over time. We may add, change or remove features, and we may perform maintenance. Where a change is significant, we will try to give reasonable notice. These terms may be updated; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Rolefern is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any loss arising from the service is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, where Pinky Fish d.o.o. is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
